TREASURY AND CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitors risk associated with credit granted to customers, strengthens and improve customer credit management process.
Ensure that suppliers are paid in accordance with the prescribed procedure and within the specified and contractual time limits.
Check the daily reconciliation of receipts and Invoices.
Prepare cash projections and daily cash budget within the specified time limits.
Ensure conditions of settlement defined by management for advances, guarantee deductions, due dates are adhered to.
Participate in the definition of customer credit policy.
Collect and analyse financial data on customers.
Organise customer debt collection meetings in coordination with the sales department.
Check compliance with regulations on customer’s maximum outstanding debt.
Place investment orders in accordance with the defined procedure.
Prepare the daily or periodic statement of cash book.
Ensure the appropriate bank balance is maintained.
Initiate, manage and monitor contentious cases in collaboration with the company lawyer.

REQUIREMENTS
First degree in Accounting.
Minimum 5 years post NYSC relevant work experience.
Professional qualification ICAN/ACCA would be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of General Accounting procedures and cash management.
Mastering IFRS and Nigeria accounting regulations
Proficient in data entry and management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge and technical understanding of accounting principles

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned key Accounts , connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. He or She will liaise between key accounts and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

The responsibilities of this role includes but not limited to the following:

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the assigned key accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting key account relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key account stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate to ensure growth attainment

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
5 years of account management or other relevant experience

SENIOR SITE ENGINEER- ARCHITECTURAL TRADE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Works on a building project in the execution 
phase
Is in charge, depending on the size of the project 
of the architectural trade section or of part of a section
Sets objectives, in close collaboration with Site Supervisory staff, on technical, (choice of equipment), financial (forecast of expenditure) and human issues
Clearly defines and in great detail: the execution, schedule, technical options, drafting of documents etc., concerning the structural works section of the structure
Coordinates the architectural trade works (and gets them executed through in-house production or supervises them until handover, in accordance with the contract
Takes part in checking the works progress schedules and, if necessary, modifies them
Establishes management procedures for risks/opportunities
Prepares elements necessary to establish progress updates and budget status
Assists with site personnel management, with compliance with Health and Safety regulations (regular inspections) and the management of plant/equipment and materials.
Consults and designates suppliers, manages sub-contractors and sets up monitoring procedures.
He/she applies quality and safety procedures to the works.
Contributes to the Sustainable Development policy and raises awareness of it in staff.
Passes on contractual subjects (deadlines, etc.) for approval and participates in site reporting.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Mechanical Engineer is to provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products ranging from small component designs to extremely large plan machinery.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Maintaining stock of onsite required replacement parts
Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
Assist in the commissioning and start up of new equipment for the facility
Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles
Keep auditable track record of projects/tasks assigned by the GED
Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
Stock/consumable management optimization using full potential of Maintenance 5000 software
Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications

REQUIREMENTS
