Growth in Value Alliance (GV Alliance) Partners is a business advisory and market intelligence services firm. Our objectives are to assist organizations to achieve their growth aspirations by providing market intelligence, strategy blueprint, IT solution delivery expertise and business operation improvement capabilities.


This role oversees the group’s downstream oil and gas business which is a collection of multiple revenue lines organized into product clusters serving private sector customers. The President/ SME will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and day-to-day management of the entity, provide business strategy and direction for expansion of the entity working in line with the group’s vision while empowering and inspiring an exceptional team of business development leads

Participate in corporate strategic planning and implement strategic goals and objectives for the entity
Work with the program managers to support implementation of entity projects
Drive revenue optimization opportunities in deployed solutions/platforms to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Manage entity management activities and day to day operations of the entity
Collaborate with HR and hiring manager to identify internal and external high potential candidate(s) for the company as well as the group
Work with company and group business development teams to expand entity by maximizing existing and new relationships in getting new opportunities for the entity
Manage all top level clients ensuring entity meets and surpasses their expectation
Working with group finance and corporate investment teams in creating entity budgets, forecasts and funding needs
Promote equal opportunity employment practices
Act as an Ambassador to external parties and as custodian of the group’s culture with internal parties

A Bachelor’s degree from any reputable University
A Masters’ degree in Business Administration or similar relevant qualification
Any other business administration related certifications/trainings
Very technology savvy
Minimum 3 years’ exposure to working with a start-up or new initiative
At least 6 years demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams (including developing and evaluating employees to achieve corporate and personal objectives)
Over 10 years relevant work experience in progressive positions in the oil and gas sector
Experience managing complex projects

Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
Demonstrated relationship management experience (especially with top management)
Ability to build or working directly with a team building a new unit or company
Strong leadership, inspirational and managerial skills
Sound judgment and on-your-feet decision-making ability
Excellent relational skills
Execution focused – “get it done or go home”
Ability to find creative solutions to problems combined with a willingness to do what one must to ensure timelines & goals are met
Decisiveness, good judgment, strong organization skills, project management skills, strong technical knowledge, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills
A passion for transforming nothing into something.
