FPSO CONSTRUCTION LEADER

ACTIVITIES
To follow-up the Construction and associated pre-commissioning activities related to Nigerian Content (NC) packages, up to end of Construction and load-out/integration works. Ensure that fabrication is in accordance with the design. Project controls, administration. Review and analyse planning updates and critical path for all activities related to Nigerian Content packages Construction. Detect all possible delays and constraints and propose remedial action. Review and approve construction progress for all activities related to Nigerian Content packages Construction. Prepare and provide input of weekly and monthly progress report including HSE. Ensure all engineering and quality documents at yard are last revision and approved by Company. Review and monitor all recorded and potential change orders, and inform to Site Manager Main FPSO Yard and FPSO In Country Construction Manager.

Construction and associated pre-commissioning activities. Ensure that interface with Contractor is fully controlled and that efficient working relations are established. Work closely with other Construction leader at yard for resources of personnel. Follow up construction work and define priorities at yard. Proactive and propose better constructability in case of late equipment delivery. Ensure weight monitoring and weighing activities. Monitor QC activities. Manage superintendents, supervisors and inspectors under his organisation chart. Interface with Area Project Engineer (NC packages) to address and validate Site queries and anticipate potential problems. Together will also co-ordinate the requirements for specialist engineers at yard. Work closely on the interfaces points with Construction Engineer and Integration Leader – integration works. Follow up ICSS interfaces for NC modules.

Work closely with Commissioning leader in order to ensure a smooth transition at RFC stage. This includes joint monitoring of Contractor RFC dossier, punch list clearance. Review with commissioning representative the Vendor requirements and activities at yard. Prepare integration works for the NC packages Monitor materials and equipment delivered at yard: progress, certificates, preservation, and installation. To maintain good relationships with contractors, being relatively flexible, proactive but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the project. Encourage performance improvement and lesson learnt capitalization through REX+Monitor and manage the preparation of as-built drawings and all related construction documentations for final report and hand over process to Field Operation. HSEQ. Attend/chair weekly HSE meeting on yard. Attend monthly HSE Committee on main Yard. Attend Safety tours at least once a week. Monitor safety statistics, and initiate improvement plans with Contractor. Ensure that all incidents and anomalies are properly reported and analysed. Carry out JSA and HAZID for critical activities Follow up feedback and safety notices and implement corrective actions when required. Motivate Contractor, Sub Contractor and Company personnel in order to achieve HSE targets that will be set up jointly between all parties. Ensure that HSE and QA procedure are properly implemented. Monitor all activities to be sure that adequate Risk Mitigation measures are enforced at yard. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Project Management centre in Lagos with also a Company Team in Korea Detailed engineering of Topsides is taking place in Nigeria Construction activities partly in Nigeria Part of FPSO integration will be in Nigeria. Inter site marine transportation of heavy project materials and structure.

SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
o Devise methods to improve oil and gas well production and determine the need for new or modified tool designs. Oversee drilling and offer technical advice to achieve economical and satisfactory progress. Tasks: o Assess costs and estimate the production capabilities and economic value of oil and gas wells, to evaluate the economic viability of potential drilling sites. o Monitor production rates, and plan rework processes to improve production. o Analyze data to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production. o Specify and supervise well modification and stimulation programs to maximize oil and gas recovery. o Direct and monitor the completion and evaluation of wells, well testing, or well surveys. o Assist engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems. Develop plans for oil and gas field drilling, and for product recovery and treatment. o Maintain records of drilling and production operations. o Confer with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve design, research, and testing problems. o Write technical reports for engineering and management personnel.

EDUCATION
This occupation requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience A minimum 6 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for this occupation.
